SYD Airport offers several parking facilities near Terminal 1. Sydney Airport car parking P7 is located about a 3-minute walk from T1. Here you can park your car for short and long term stays on 8 levels, 7 of which are fully covered.

You can also use car lots in the Public Pick-up area. This offer is valid for 15 minutes, twice a day on calendar days. This is the best solution for those who come to meet or see off relatives and friends before/after a flight.

P7 parking at Sydney Airport

Guaranteed Space allows you to quickly and conveniently park your vehicle at the P7 lot. To get an exclusive car space near T1, you need to book a space on the official website of the airport. Please note that there is no express car delivery option at P7.

How to enter and exit the International car parking at Sydney Airport?

The multistory P7 lot is located near T1. On the way, there are signs to the "P7 car park" so you know the exact route.

If you book Sydney Airport International parking online in advance, you can quickly and easily park your vehicle by scanning the QR code on your confirmation email. The same can be done with the Apple E Wallet electronic ticket at the entrance gate. To activate the reservation, you can use the assigned credit card.

The ticket is issued at the entrance, and you can exit the area by following the signs. Do not forget to scan your ticket when you drive outside.

A special "Express Pickup" zone is offered for up to 15 minutes for those who are meeting or picking up passengers. Follow the signs when entering the International section.

Public Pick-up at Sydney Airport

To park your car near the arrival area of Sydney Airport, use the Public Pick-up service. For better orientation, yellow "Public Pick-up" signs are installed at the entrance to the Terminal. For passengers, there are yellow "Public Transfer" signs at the exit.

You can leave your car in the P7 parking near Sydney Airport International T1. This option is free of charge if your car is parked for only 15 minutes (twice per calendar day). To use the services for a longer period, it is worth choosing short-term auto parks.

Sydney Domestic Airport parking

Covered parking lots P2 and P3 are suitable for short-term and long-term car storage, including motorcycle parking. Their main advantage is their close location to the domestic terminals T2 and T3. The parking lot on the top level is not covered.

P1 Domestic is currently not accepting new bookings, including bookings from SYD Valet users.

Blu Emu is a more affordable solution that is close to the airport. You can take a free shuttle bus from this location to domestic terminals T2 and T3. The transportation service operates from 3:30 am to midnight.

Please note that Sydney Domestic Airport parking rates for motorcycles are the same as for other vehicles.

P2 parking at Sydney Airport

The P2 lot is about a 3-minute walk from terminals T2 and T3.

The multistory P2 auto park is located near the domestic terminal. When entering by automobile, follow the signs labelled "P2 car park".

When booking a parking space at Sydney Domestic Airport online, use the QR code found on your confirmation email. Scan it at the entrance to the auto park or use the assigned credit card to activate your reservation. While you pull up to the entrance, you will be issued a ticket. To exit the area, follow the signs and don't forget to scan your ticket on the way out.

P3 parking at Sydney Airport

P3 airport car parking in Sydney is located on Keith Smith Avenue. From here you can reach the T2 and T3 Domestic terminals on foot in 5-7 minutes. To do so, follow the signs labelled "P3 car park" at the entrance to SYD.

This location is optimal for tourists staying in Sydney for a few days or more than a week. The P3 lot is fully guarded, covered, and secure for storing your vehicle. Terminals T2 and T3 are about 5 minutes away on foot, which is quite convenient.

If you want to park your car even closer to the airport, then choose P1/P2.

Blu Emu parking at Sydney Airport

The Blu Emu option is optimised for short-term or long-term car storage. It offers cheap airport parking in Sydney and a popular solution for budget travellers. From here, terminals T2 and T3 are 15 minutes away by public transport. The lot is located on Ross Smith Avenue. Free shuttle buses run from here to the terminals from 3:30 am to midnight.

As in other car lots near SYD, there is an online reservation service. Scan the QR code from your confirmation email on the entrance gate. You can also activate your reservation using your assigned credit card. You will be given a ticket at the entrance. To leave the area by car, you need to insert your ticket at the exit point.

A free shuttle bus service from the Blu Emu to the Domestic terminals runs every 15-30 minutes. The frequency of service is subject to change due to delays, so please factor this into your travel plans and allow extra time as a precaution.

Am I allowed to park at Blu Emu for international flights?

If you wish, you can use the Blu Emu for your international flight. To avoid confusion and reach the airport location easily, use the free shuttle service from Blu Emu and the Domestic Terminal. The shuttle service is available around the clock.

Passengers can take a bus or train from the parking at Domestic Airport Sydney to International Airport. The train schedule runs from 5:00 am to midnight, and the buses operate from 5:30 am to 9:30 pm.

Express parking at Sydney Airport

Express parking is specially designed for quick drop-offs and pick-ups. Free stay is available for 15 minutes twice a calendar day.

The express car park is located on Centre Road opposite lot P7.

Valet parking at Sydney Airport

SYD offers premium Valet parking. Experienced staff will kindly help you park your own car, and you can then pick it up at the designated place. The Sydney Airport Valet parking is available at the International and Domestic terminals.

Domestic Valet location

Drivers can use the Domestic Valet location at SYD Airport. What you should know about this parking lot:

● Qantas Valet is located on Shiers Avenue at the end of arrival level T3.

● Opening hours: 5:00 - 23:30 without days off.

● The maximum car height is 2 metres.

International Valet location

Please note the following information about this location:

● P7 SYD Valet is located on the 1st floor of the P7 lot, near T1 International.

● Opening hours: 5:00-11:30 pm, all week, seven days a week.

● The car height limit is 2.2 metres.

Accessible airport parking in Sydney

This area is designed to be inclusive. Every user with a disability can get the same service and convenient parking experience in the International and Domestic parking lots. Each car lot has clearly marked spaces for passengers with disabilities.

Domestic parking lots have 38 special spaces, Blu Emu has 24 spaces, and international automobile lots have 42 parking spaces.

Domestic accessible parking at the airport in Sydney

Passengers can use the following areas:

● Domestic Departures. The passenger drop-off area has designated special spaces for people with disabilities. Vehicle owners must provide a disability identification card to use this area.

● Domestic parking and pick up. Parking at Sydney Domestic Airport and Blu Emu parking lots are equipped with 12 separate car spaces for people with disabilities, which are marked with appropriate signs. Please be prepared to provide disability identification when using this area.

International accessible parking at Sydney International Airport

For the comfort of drivers, the following options are offered here:

● International Departures (drop-off)

For the benefit of passengers with disabilities, Departures Road has designated curbside areas with wheelchair ramps.

Access to these areas is convenient, as they are located directly at the main entrance to the terminal. Car spaces have appropriate signs and directions to guide you to them. Vehicle owners are required to provide disability certification to use this area.

● International parking and pick-up

Parking lot P7 is adapted for people with disabilities. This international lot has 3 designated areas for vehicles.

● Express Pick-up

The specially designated car spaces in the Express Pick-up lot are located behind a canopy. If you use the multistory lot, there are spaces for people with disabilities at the entrances to the terminal and near the elevators.

The rule is the same - vehicle owners must provide a certificate of a person with a disability to use this parking lot.

Sydney Airport short-term parking

Short-term parking at Sydney Airport is a convenient way to meet and greet passengers for domestic and international flights. It allows you to enjoy your time at SYD and in Sydney itself. By choosing this option, you can spend time with friends, family, or colleagues, without worrying as much about time constraints.

P2, P3, and P7 are located just 3-5 minutes from the Domestic and International terminals. You can leave a vehicle in these areas for an unlimited period of time.

Long-term parking at Sydney Airport

Long-term parking at Sydney Airport is the best solution when you are travelling for several days or even weeks. A convenient place can be found just a 3-minute walk from the Domestic and International terminals.

To leave your car in a long-term lot, choose P2 and P3 (Domestic terminal), and for the International terminal, the P7 lot is available.

The Blu Emu lot near SYD offers the best price. Alternatively, you can take a free shuttle bus to the Domestic terminal. The journey will take 15 minutes one way.

Sydney International Airport parking rates can vary depending on the location, season, booking period, and even payment format. You can save money by booking online in advance, instead of paying on site.
